Shipping policy

Our store is based in Taupō, New Zealand but we are able to ship worldwide. All product prices are in New Zealand dollars, as well as shipping prices.

Orders received by 10am, we aim to dispatched the same day on an overnight service to the North Island, two day service to the South Island. International shipping times will vary. 

Orders received after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.

For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 days.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers & PO Boxes.

These delivery times are based on courier estimates and are subject to public holidays, high volume times of the year and things outside of our control, such as natural disasters. You can track your parcel at any time using the info sent in your order confirmation
