There’s something instantly uplifting about Studio Soph. Bold colours, cheeky details and that unmistakable cheetah strut its way across mugs, notebooks, hot water bottles, and more. The creative mind behind it all? Kiwi artist Sophie Holt.

Sophie’s story is as vibrant as her work. Born in New Zealand, she grew up in The Netherlands, where she completed her degree in Graphic Design. But the pull of her roots brought her back home. After settling in the beautiful town of Motueka with her son Milan, partner Peter, and their dog Dusty, Sophie decided to take the leap and launch her creative venture - Studio Soph. Since 2015, she’s been lucky enough to make a living doing what she loves most: making art.

Her style is contemporary, bright and instantly recognisable. Those feline muses (especially the sass-filled cheetah) have become a signature, along with her playful, bohemian take on nature and life in the Nelson/Tasman region. Studio Soph pieces aren’t just pretty - they carry personality. They make a statement. They bring a smile.

At EDNA, we’re obsessed with her range, from mugs and coasters to earrings, notebooks, travel cups, and even the sassiest hot water bottles you’ll ever own. (Sold out last time, just re-stocked!) Each piece brings a splash of colour, a touch of fun, and a whole lot of attitude to everyday life.

Want to brighten your morning coffee or add a little cheekiness to your desk? Studio Soph’s creations are ready to bring the good vibes.
